Author Guidlines

Indonesian Applied Research Computing and Informatics (IARCI) accepts manuscripts from research articles, scientific reviews, or applied studies in the fields of informatics, applied computing, and related areas. The following are the guidelines for manuscript submission:

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under review elsewhere.

  • Submitted manuscripts should align with the journal's focus and scope.

  • Authors must follow the required formatting and ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism.

  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind review process.

2. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be written in proper English or Bahasa Indonesia and follow this structure:

  • Title (maximum 20 words)

  • Author(s) Name and Affiliation

  • Abstract (maximum 250 words) and Keywords (5 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Research Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgments (optional)

  • References using (Mendeley or ZOTERO, etc.)

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format with A4 paper size, normal margins, 1.15 line spacing, and Times New Roman font, size 11 pt.

  • All tables and figures must be numbered, titled, and have appropriate captions.

  • Citations and references must follow the IEEE Style or the journal's specific template.

4. Manuscript Submission

  • Authors must submit manuscripts through the online submission system available on the journal's website.

  • The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have read and approved the manuscript before submission.

  • After submission, the manuscript status can be tracked via the author's account on the journal's submission system.
